I came across another wonderful real estate company. With over 30 years of experience in Western Michigan, they surely have the knowledge of the territory and have a twist in the way they work!

Turning Point Buyers Realty is the only Exclusive Buyer Agency (EBA) in Grand Rapids and along the West Michigan Lakeshore. They don’t sell property. Recently I came across a new site that was innovative and worthy of discussing. With the hot real estate market in the Toronto area, the sales have be fierce and lately, sellers have been hiring the first agent they can find to unload their property for the best price. Eyeglasses No Longer an Expensive Option

Being in the medical field, I see many times older patients who are losing their site and wear glasses that are not the correct strength. When I ask them why they do not update their prescription strength, the answer is almost always related to money and the expensive price most local shops charge.

Recently I came across an article which gave a few pros of a new company that charges a fraction of what a local store might charge. From the article, the only drawback that I could notice was the fact that the glasses are made overseas and therefore will take a little longer to obtain. However, with the amount of people that carry around their prescriptions, this might not be that big of an inconvenience.
