Its been a while since I posted, and as the holidays are upon us, its been even more difficult to communicate with those that have followed my stock market activity.

During these last few months, as my life has changed in terms of my medical career aspect, its been even harder to trade at times, or even post my trades that I got to sneak in between cases. Also, for the last while I have also began to realize that I have a lot on my plate and its been very hard to focus on the ones that I love as time is always limited.

The holidays, and more over, the last 48hrs have been amazing in many ways and its made me realize that I want to make time for the people that have blessed me.

Life is always crazy, life is always hectic, but when the right people are around you, its never hard.

Money was never the basis of my happiness, but it was always a pipeline I wanted to tap so I could build a secure foundation for myself and family. I hope that during this holiday, you see the same.

Don’t let the goal of financial freedom overcome the small moments in your life that may impact you greatly. You can never duplicate those times, a missed stock trade, a passed up real estate deal will always come again.

I’m not saying goodbye to posting, I will try my best to post, but at the same time, will be shifting gears and making Medicine my top priority at this point and the people I love my main inspiration to attain new heights.

Reliablity and Credability

So again I have been shut out of making posts all thanks to the might and powerful, yet pathetically run AT&T DSL who once again have managed to make a small problem into a 2hr dispute and suspending my account.

You will all remember from a couple of months ago when I had no service because this poor example of a company failed to connect service. Well when they finally did, they somehow failed to correct my mailing address which meant I would not get a bill. I called, yes, a customer called the provider ASKING for a bill or statement so the balance could be paid. None could be provided. Could my address be fixed? Well to do that, I have to be transferred to another department. When that dept tried to fix my address (which it still has not been) I asked for a service credit, I was transferred to yet another department. Why for the life of me can a company like AT&T not have access to information on one system? Why is this simple request taking so long. I have many things to do, I have to use my airtime on my cell phone which is costing me further money. I cant blog, I can’t trade stocks, I cant do anything.

This leads me to a question, how can you be credible in your life or business if your not reliable. Since August this company has promised the problem was fixed…I have not been asking for anything more than having my UNIT number added to the bill could arrive which I would PAY. Not hard if you ask me.

We all know a business or person that will promise to come through and fail again and again. Then they wonder why they are not credible.

My regret of 2009 is being with AT&T for DSL service. If I had to give a review, I could sum it up as being inefficient, poor customer service, complicated support and lack of feedback.

I have no more to say tonight. Thank you ATT, I have never had a more stressful situation with a business.

My Next Fun Project – Real Estate Forum

Its obvious to so many of my friends and peers that I’m doing too many things at one time, some would say I stretch myself too thin…personally, I just don’t like to waste a free minute and will take advantage of any opportunity. A few days ago, I utilized a domain that I have in my possession towards a Real Estate forum.

Personally, I’m not expecting it to be the next biggest thing, but in the meantime, thought it would be a fun thing to try out and see how long it takes before it truly runs on its own.

For people out there looking to purchase homes, condos, land, or any other real estate, this can hopefully be a great venue to open discussion with other buyers who may have been in your shoes and can share some tips. If you are an agent, broker, or in any of the other aspects on the commercial end, this can also be utilized as a great tool to connect with other agents to share marketing strategies, build leads and potentially increase your exposure.
