Many people I encounter on a daily basis via networking have small business or blogs that are looking to raise viewership or “hits” to their sites.
Most are reluctant to pay for advertisement without proof that it works.
Well Visa has teamed up with Facebook to give away $100 credits to potential advertisers.
Steps:
1. Have Facebook account? Log in. Otherwise, sign-up at www.facebook.com
2. install the Visa smal business application
3. Fill out the information on the application page.
4. $100 credit will come into the email address connected to your Facebook login
My credit came instantly and is a unique code.
5. Ads can be configured via the “advertising” link at the bottom of your Facebook page.
Enjoy another freebie. This one can allow for experimentation of a new advertising stream and maybe even bring in some revenues and potential business leads. Hope it can help people out there looking for an edge.

If I had a website for my business this would be great. I think that is the mission now. Got the $100 and I wonder if I can sell it on eBay.

Vik, this is an amazing way to market without expenses. With facebook, you can even narrow to the time, location of people, sexes, education and keywords…
I actually got a few clicks from facbook lately.

This freebie is a good platform to experiment with various ad types. I know that when I tried, many did not convert while others did not get past the approval process. Lucky for myself and others, having this free seed money made it easier to tweak and play with different targets. Hope your conversions beat expectations!
