Well today is a time for family, rest, relaxing after what has been a hectic year.

Since nothing is happening on the markets, now might be a good time to see what others are picking for 2009 stock plays.

From this above video, I can’t believe that Petro Canada was mentioned, but I do see some valid points. I also will be watching that company.

Personally, I am not sure about China stocks this year with the global slowdown. I might add these to my “watch” list.

Finally, this is one analyst that was on Bloomberg saying that 2009 will be the “year of the bankruptcies”

I hope these video links help those looking for guidance for 2009. Obviously its your money and you should take all resources available before deciding to invest. There are many other sectors to watch this coming year and this is only a small amount of information which I think is more than enough for one day.
