Over the past few weeks, it seems like there has been a turnaround in the housing markets. In places that I’m familiar with, such as Toronto, if you have a good agent on your side, you are able to sniff out some great bargains while others are stuck in bidding wars on properties.

Multiple bids are starting to make a come back. With warmer weather, the closing of another school year for children, its normal for more homes to come onto the market and also for more buyers to present themselves. Regardless of what side you are on, the more important thing to have it a good agent.

For those looking in the Missouri, kansas city real estate has started to pick up like many other markets and could be a cheap entry point for rental units. My properties in Miami are running essentially on their own and as I’m currently on the hunt for another condo property for investment purposes, the first thing on my list will be to find the best team in that area.

Do your homework and always find an agent you can trust! The rates are excellent at this point and with the major correction in housing prices, you can and will find a deal.
