Part 2 of Why I Hate CNBC
filed in Odds and Ends on Mar.13, 2009
This is a continuation of my post a few days back: see here.
Now for those that don’t already know, I have constantly recommended against using CNBC as a primary source of information and guidance and here is the interview that I was waiting for. Yesterday on the John Stewart Show. If you have not already seen it, this is the extended, unedited version divided into three videos. Watch how some people use the common investor as a pawn for their own gain. It really has me angry right now watching this video and the disgusting backdoor talk that goes on.
In business school we are all taught to go out and go for the money. But with ethics and moral reasoning, many should know to what extent you go out to get that financial dream, I guess the remainder some how gets bunched up onto a network knowing a CNBC and easily teams up to pick on the common investor.
Again, watch this video if you only do one thing today. It shows that you, and only you, should be responsible for your financial decisions and one network should not be trusted. Its awful to think about all the people that lose money from this “game” some people like to play:
Part 1:
Part 2:
Part 3:
John Stewart, whom I just recently watched, really went out and spoke for the people. Rather than sitting on the side like many public figures do, this man really represented a majority of investors in a positive manner.

I am one of those people that used to follow Cramer and his picks because I was a fool! I seemed to do better by doing the opposite of his recommendations. Hopefully, John has put a big spotlight for all other media to pay close attention to this problem. I know for many months you have hated CNBC and you were right all along..

That was great! Always seen Cramer and his pals as a bunch of morons and its amazing how his loud mouth was a little hunch back girl during the interview with no rebuttals. Pathetic!
